10 Ways to keep LOVE alive in a busy schedule...

Life is what happens when you're not looking, right? Keep your love alive even while coping with the busiest of schedules by picking up a few good habits, making the most of the time you have together.

Don't leave home without it! Kiss your partner before leaving home. Add a lhug while you're at it! Two minutes that starts your day off right. And, don't forget kiss them when you come home!
Keep the date! If you don't have a regular date night every week, create one. Don't lose your identity as a couple.

Conserve energy! Shower together and save water. Plus, this is even better than looking in mirror for keeping those unwanted pounds off.

Give each other a break! When you come home, give each other 30 minutes to unwind quietly and leave work behind.

Return to the table! Eat dinner at the table without TV as a distraction. Play soft music, and really enjoy dinner together.

Don't let chores get in the way! Try to break up chores so you don't end up trying to do everything on the weekend.

Wanna do lunch? Have lunch together ince a week. E specially if you have children, this will provide time together without interruptions. On days you can't lunch together, use this time to get some of errands done.

Prepare the night before! Do you start your day stressed out trying to find cloths that are pressed, getting your family's gear together, etc? Lay out as much as you can the nigth before so you can actually enjoy your breakfast with your partner and family.

Happy Hour! Meet your partner for happy hpur instead of driving home in the middle of rush hour. Enjoy this "mmini" date.

Don't be a slave to the kitchen. If you are a two-career couple, eat your heavier, more traditional meal at lunch, and eat light at dinner. Not only will this be healthier for you but it will save you time cooking and cleaning, so you can spend more time doing things you both enjoy.

How to have a Happy New Year!

With the holidays nearly on us, pretty soon a new year will be here. So, how do you have a happy new year?

Be optimistic. You have a whole new year ahead of you. Think of all great things that are still yet to come.

Set realistic goals or resolution. If you set resolutions that are realistic, you're more likely to stick to them. Having goals can keep you looking ahead.

Pursue these goals and stick with them. To have a happy new year, you need to stick to the goals all year around and actively pursue them.

Spend more time with loved ones. As each year passes, we realise how fast time goes. Take time out for the important people in your life.

Volunteer. Helping out others is rewarding and many times can give a new perspective.

Look forward to new beginnings. It is a new year and there will be many opportunities to look forward to. Whatever bad has happened, a new year gives the opportunity for a fresh start.

Be thankful. Look at the good things in your life and be thankful for all you have.

Keep a positive attitude. The best way to have a happy new year is to keep a positive attitude. Smile. Try to look at the brighter side of things and avoid negative thoughts. Put things in perspective when you feel down.

So, be optimistic as you have a whole new year ahead of you! Have a BLESSED & HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010!

Daily Rules from God...

1. Wake Up: Decide to have a good day. "Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalms 118:24

2. Dress Up: The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. "The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart." I Samuel 16:7

3. Shut Up: Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking. "He who guards his lips guards his soul." Proverbs 13:3

4. Stand Up: For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything.. "Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good..." Galatians 6:9-10

5. Look Up: To the Lord. "I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me." Phillippians 4:13

6. Reach Up: For something higher. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, And He will direct your path." Proverbs 3:5-6

7. Lift Up: Your Prayers. "Do not worry about anything; instead PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING." Philippians 4:6

Just remember, God answers Knee-Mail...

"The Lord is good; his love is eternal and his faithfulness lasts forever." Psalms 100:5

2 Before you say something, put yourself in the shoes of the other person. If it sounds weird don't say it. If it sounds funny, do.

3 Don't worry so much. Have fun in life!

4 Be confident about yourself. Ask yourself what are you good at.

5 Laugh at yourself. Take yourself less seriously and loosen up.

6 Be flexible and mix with various type of people.

7 Be a social butterfly. Mingle with more people.

8 Be creative. Pick up a talent people will be astonished at.

9 Be nice. Don't say anything mean about andbody.

10 Be an individual. Have you noticed people who are unique and spontaneous have the most friends?

11 Make new friends. Don't alwasy be with the same people.

12 Work your way to your goal, and keep up your grades, then you will be judged for what you did - not what you said!

All I want to say is that simply love yourself and have a meaningful life. Cheers!

Finally got our dream house..

Me and my fiancé, Daniel, were so happy when we received call from the bank saying that our home loan has been approved.. And today is the day we both went to the bank and obtained our offer letter, finally.. *winks*

We both felt so blessed with our Lord's endless mercy upon us! We are extremely happy and can't believe that we finally got our dream home after a long delay (if not mistaken about a year).. Thanks to the owner too since they were trully patience with our delay which was out of our control though.. Sorry for that ya! But we didn't expect to get the house after such a long delay.. Thank God for this! Absolutely a wonderful miracles in our lifes..

I'm so excited and now started to think hard on the home decor.. hehehe

And my fiancé is now asking for his own "private room" which I'm pretty much sure that he gona dump in lotsa Bob Marley's collections.. My gawd, bless my home and my darling hubby.. =P

I would also like to pen down my sincere thanks to all our family members and friends who have fasted and prayed for us on this matter. God always answers our prayers but in His own time. So let's pray sincerely and faithfully and I'm sure all our prayers will be answered somehow. I truly believe that, "For nothing is impossible with God - Luke 1:37".

Praise the Lord for his miracles and abundants of blessings upon us! Amen!

Arabian Lunch at Tarbush

Yesterday the three musketeers from the PR Dept had a great Arabian lunch together.. Man and Simpson missed their breakfast and so about 11am they were so hungry and starts discussing about what meal to have for lunch...

Man were googling for some websites for good food and were suggesting few dishes to us, which apparently made me feel so damn hungry.. Since all of us were in hunger, so we decided to leave at 12 noon.. Man suggested Arabian food and we decided to drive down to Sunway Pyramid and hunt for Arabian cuisine for lunch and finally found an Arabian restaurant - Tarbush. I must say that I really like the ambience and it's really cosy..

Man spotted with this "Roti Nan".. hey berapa hari tak makan nie?

Simpson with his cool look.. amboi bersantai kat pantai ke?
I found this wall photo made from the velvet cloth, really looks exotic!

The pretty waitress passed us the menu. It was really hard for us to decide on the meal to go for, as all of us never had Arabian food except for Man.. The poor waitress calmly waited for almost 20 minutes for us to decide on the menu and she did promoted their Briyani Rice.

And finally I decided to go for "Shish Kebab", Man chosed "Grilled Spring Chicken" and Simpson ordered "Shish Tawook". Apart from the main menu, we also ordered "Chicken Samosa" and Briyani Rice for testing since the waitress keep promoting their Briyani Rice.

So-called our starter dish the "Chicken Samosa" but this was really good.

My "Shish Kebab" - lamb kebab with toasted tomato..
This is Man's meal the Grilled Spring Chicken, apparently it was a big portion and he gotta tapau back half as he was extremely full.. hehehe
"Shish Tawook" ordered by Simpson.. The chicken was quite tender!

After the heavy lunch we were chatting about our good old childhood stories which really made us laugh out loud.. Yet another memorable luncheon with my colleagues! Looking forward another exciting lunch soon, probably an Italian food.. hahaha
